The AEO Proof Guarantee
If Answer Intent completes your Foundation Sprint and you are not cited in at least one relevant AI-generated answer within 60 days of implementation, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Mode, Answer Intent will continue working at no charge until you are. No sliding scale. No fine print. The guarantee applies to Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 engagements. It does not apply to the Tier 1 audit, which is a diagnostic product.

Fixed-price packages invert that - Answer Intent is incentivised to produce the right deliverable efficiently, not to log hours. The scope is defined before engagement starts, so both parties know exactly what is being purchased.
No. R4,900 is the floor. Answer Intent does not discount below published tier prices. The pricing is positioned as a market-entry rate for an uncontested South African niche - it is already significantly below global AEO agency rates, which floor at USD 2,000 to 8,000 per month.
Payment is due in full on confirmation of the engagement. For Tier 3 retainers, billing is monthly in advance. No payment plans are offered on once-off packages.
The pricing is designed to be accessible for South African founder-led businesses. Tier 1 at R4,900 is the lowest-friction entry point for clients who want to verify the gap before committing to a larger engagement.
All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR). International clients are invoiced in ZAR at the prevailing exchange rate on invoice date. No currency conversion is applied by Answer Intent - the client's bank handles conversion on their end.
Answer Intent (Pty) Ltd is registered in South Africa. VAT applies if and when the business is VAT-registered. Current pricing is VAT-exclusive. If VAT is applicable at the time of your engagement, it will be itemised separately on the invoice.
Yes. Tier upgrades are straightforward:
Tier 1 to Tier 2: the R4,900 Visibility Audit credit is applied to the Foundation Sprint. You pay the difference (R10,000).
Tier 2 to Tier 3: the Foundation Sprint counts as Month 1 of the Ongoing Programme. No additional Month 1 charge.
Tier 2 to Tier 4: audit and sprint deliverables are applied to the custom scope. A revised quote is issued for the additional pages.
The per-page rates are transparent: R800 per standard page, R1,200 per complex page (product pages, multi-entity pages, lodge inventories), and LLMS.txt uplift of R2,500 for 11 to 30 pages or R4,500 for 31 or more pages.
The Visibility Audit establishes the exact page count and complexity before the quote is issued. There are no surprise additions after the quote is confirmed.
Yes. Answer Intent works with clients outside South Africa. Pricing remains in ZAR. Deliverables are files and do not require the agency to be physically present. The only adjustment is time-zone coordination for intake calls and check-ins.
